Yes, and for anything over about 40 guests we'd recommend it. The thing to sort out in advance is power — multiple blowers on one circuit will trip your breaker. Tell us how many units you want and we'll work through your outlets with you.

Yes. Wilbraham, Hampden, Monson, Ludlow, Palmer, East Longmeadow, Springfield and Belchertown are all in our free delivery zone. We go further out too — Brimfield, Ware, Warren, and into northern Connecticut. Call and ask.

Add about five feet clear on every side of the footprint plus overhead room. A 15x15 castle wants roughly 25x25 of clear yard. The 120-foot obstacle course genuinely needs a field, not a yard. Access matters as much as space — measure your gate before you book a large unit.

Yes, with sandbags instead of stakes — but tell us when you book, because we bring different anchoring. Grass is still better for the bigger units. We can't set up on gravel or anything sharp.

We wait as long as we can before delivering so you can decide late. If you go ahead and it rains there's no refund once the unit is loaded or delivered. We shut down for lightning and high wind — those are genuine safety issues, not judgement calls.

Yes, at no charge, naming whatever venue you need. Parks, schools and function halls usually require one and often want it a week or two ahead, so ask early and give us the exact wording they want.

You do. An adult needs eyes on each unit whenever kids are on it — that's in the rental agreement, and it's the main reason we suggest angling units so one person can watch several at once. Our crew handles setup, safety checks and takedown.

25%–50% by Visa or MasterCard when you reserve, credited to your total. Larger multi-unit orders take the larger deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and orders can't change once placed. Schools and churches can pay by check.

June is our tightest month and graduation weekends book out first — often two months ahead. If you know the date, call as soon as you have it, even if you're not sure which units yet. We can adjust the units later; we can't conjure a free Saturday.
